2/13 Meeting

Thanks, everyone who could make it, for getting together today.  We had quite a productive meeting where we put on the table things we'd like to accomplish, got our hands around timelines, process, & resources, and committed to some actions and deadlines.  Thank you, Jeanne, for attending the meeting to work with us on using the Kroger gift card program as a marketing tool in addition to a fundraiser.
 
The next "event" that we are going to 'advertise' is the Celtic Eucharist on March 14th.  David - - - can you please confirm that we have decided to have this as part of the Sunday morning service?  Also, just what is a Celtic Eucharist - - I'm thinking it could be something to blog about... :-)  We plan to print some half sheet 'fliers' to put up around town and will need to get the time before we can do so.  Our objective is to distribute them on 3/1.  Susan - - if you are available to attend the service and snap some photos, we could post them on our website after the service.
 
Another deadline coming up is that of the Easter mailer.  We are a mere 7 weeks away and need to get the ball rolling.  The events scheduled from Palm Sunday and Easter are as follows:

Wednesday, March 31 Tenebrea  7PM   Ash Creek Club House
Thursday, April 1 Maundy Thursday  7PM   Ash Creek Club House

Saturday, April 3  Easter Vigil  7:30PM  Hanover High School
Sunday April 4 Easter Sunday  9:30 AM  Hanover High School
 
David - if you could please review these dates/times/places and confirm I have all the details correct, I would appreciate it.
 
If everyone could please take a look at the CMS website (the group that we do our direct mailers through) and check out the cards and see if there are any that particularly strike you, please email back and reply all to the group with links to the ones you like.
 
Thank again!!!  Our next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Saturday April 24th.
